Take some coconut oil and start boiling now add the dried amla pieces and let it boil for the time until it gets dark in colour. Put off the flame and let the oil get cool. Now take out the pieces of amla and use the oil for massaging your hair scalp to stop hair fall and promote healthy hair growth.

2. Coconut Milk

Coconut milk has been shown excellent results in reducing hair fall. Grind the grated coconut and squeeze it to remove its milk. Massage coconut milk on the scalp to reduce hair fall.

3. Green Tea

Anti oxidants present in green tea are very effective to prevent hair loss. Besides this, anti oxidants also enhance the hair growth.
Take 2 green tea bags and brew in 1 cup of warm water. Now apply this green tea on your scalp and massage well. Leave the mixture at least for half an hour and finally rinse off.
