What is Phlegm or Mucus in throat

1.Ginger, Black pepper Tea

Boil ½ pieces of Ginger and 3 Black pepper corns in a glass of water for 2-3minutes, pour it with a strainer in a mug add a table spoon of honey and drink it. It’ll not only cure mucus but also the congestion and cough. Try it at least 2-3times a day. Ginger pungent, slightly warm and goes to the lungs, spleen and stomach channels. Reduces coughing and white phlegm and mucus in throat, reduces nausea and vomiting and induces sweating. Pepper is used to treat various throat infections. Honey will soothe the mucous membranes of the throat.

2.Turmeric, Apple cider vinegar Tea

Steep two teaspoons dried Mullein leaves in a cup of hot boiling water for 10 minutes, then strain out the wet leaves and drink the tea. You can drink up to three cups a day.
