Syncope is the medical term for fainting. Temporary loss of consciousness is known as fainting. It happens when your brain doesn’t get enough blood flow and you lose consciousness. There are a number of things that can cause this to happen, including a sudden drop in blood pressure, anemia, an irregular heartbeat, seizures, extreme heat, hyperventilation, hunger, and hypoglycemia.  Standing for a long time in a hot, stuffy room, exhaustion, emotional upset, fear, or fever may also cause a person to faint. You may also have neurological problems that cause frequent fainting spells.
Some medicines like tranquilizers or antidepressants also may cause fainting. You may have these signs and symptoms before you faint: Feeling warm, Yawning, Sweating, Lightheadedness, Confusion, Heaviness in your legs, Blurred vision, Nausea, and sometimes vomiting. Whatever it is when you faint you may turn pale, weak pulse, and feel dizzy. Treating fainting with natural herbal remedies is an easy and safe way to help. The following natural herbal remedies are quite effective in treating fainting.


1.Gingko Biloba

Gingko biloba has been used since ancient times to boost memory and treating circulatory problems. Gingko helps to enhance blood circulation to the brain which may be very useful for treating and preventing sudden loss of blood from the brain. It is recommended to consume 40 to 80 grams of gingko extract for three times in a day, to improve circulation. Motherwort can be bitter so sweeten with honey. Not recommended for people taking anticoagulants- blood thinners, aspirin, garlic, willow bark, vitamin E in supplement form, or people with clotting disorders.
