6. Milk Cream, Vitamin E

A mixture of milk cream and vitamin E is also very helpful in lightening of dark dark knuckles. Simply buy some vitamin E capsules and extract the content from 2 capsule and mix it with 1 tablespoon of milk cream. Scrub your dark joints with this mixture for few minutes and then rinse off. 7. Gram flour, Milk, Lemon Juice

Make a paste by mixing 1 tablespoon of gram flour, 2 tablespoons of raw milk and half teaspoon of lemon juice. 8. Milk, Bread

A bread slice soaked in milk also acts as a natural scrub and helps a lot in lightening your dark finger  joints. Soak a bread slice in some milk and scrub your dark joints with this slice for few minutes and then wash off.

9. Oatmeal, Yogurt, Cucumber Juice

Oatmeal can be used as a natural scrub to remove dirt and dead skin cells. Take 1 tablespoon of powdered oatmeal and mix with one teaspoon of sour yogurt and 1 teaspoon of cucumber juice.
