  • 5 tablespoon --- Globe thistle (Sphaeranthus Indicus) (Gul mundi) whole plant juice
  • 3 cups --- Sesame oil (pure)

Directions

Combine and simmer on low flame Sesame oil with Globe thistle whole plant juice in a pan till the juice is completely evaporated. Allow the oil to cool and store in a glass bottle.   • 50 gm --- Indian Ginseng / Winter cherry root (Asgandanagaori /Ashwagandha)
