1-Carom seeds, Saffron, Honey

Take ¼ tsp Carom seeds (Ajwain) and ¼ tsp Saffron (Zafran) now steep in 200 ml boiled water for 10 minutes then add Sugar/Rock candy (or unrefined sugar) or Honey or Brown Sugar to taste before drinking this lukewarm amazing tea. Alternatively, you can take 2 teaspoons of apple cider straight or mix it into anything you are eating or drinking. This seems counterintuitive in that apple cider vinegar increases stomach acid to aid digestion before meals. But there are many testimonials claiming it works. Vinegars of all kinds—particularly cider vinegar—are often suggested as home remedies for GERD. However, scientific evidence in this area is lacking, according to NCCAM. 35-Raw Coconut Oil, Raw Cider Vinegar

Take one tablespoon of raw extra virgin organic coconut oil once in the morning, followed by 1-2 tsp of raw apple cider vinegar mixed in a small glass of water. Chew 1 dgl tablet (deglycyrrhizinated licorice) 20 minutes before each meal and 2 at bedtime. Or taking a half-teaspoon of the powder in water as often as it takes to get relief.

37-Gum Therapy

Chew a stick of sugar-free gum for 30 minutes after a meal to increase saliva production, which research shows can reduce acid levels in the esophagus. Choose non-peppermint flavors for best results. One of the substances in your saliva is bicarbonate, the same active ingredient in baking soda that neutralizes acids. Chew gum that lists bicarbonate in the ingredients for optimum results.
