Stomach ache is a very painful condition and need a quick pain relief to get rid from this condition. You may feel mild to sharp pain and even stomach cramps. Any pain that occurs in your abdominal region is commonly referred to as stomach ache or abdominal pain.

However, the pain due to stomach ulcers, hernia, gall bladder stones, urinary tract infection and appendicitis may be subsided with certain natural remedies but they may also require expert medical attention. 1. Fennel, Jaggrey

Take 25 gm Fennel (Sounf) and 25 gm Jaggrey (Gurr). Put 1-2 tbs water in a large heavy bottomed pan on a medium heat. Crush jaggry put in water and melt .Add the Fennel seeds and coat them in the melted jaggry. You have to move the Fennel seeds constantly to keep them burning. Remove the pan from the stove and let the mixture cool to store.
Take 1 tsp this tasty Fennel and Jaggrey mixture after each meal. If consumed regularly stomach ache will cease completely. This natural remedy is guaranteed to work.

2. Sweet lime juice, Nigella seeds oil, Honey

In a glass of sweet lime (Mausami) juice add 2 tsp of honey and ½ teaspoon of Kalonji oil and use this mixture twice a day. Avoid all gas elements. Treatment may continue for 20 day. This natural remedy works very quickly in the treatment of all types of stomach problems.

8. Mint, Fennel, Green Cardamom

9. Black Salt

10. White Turmeric, Fennel, Cinnamon

Boil 1 gram Fennel ,1 gram White Turmeric (Nar Kachoor) and 1 gram Cinnamon (Dar Cheeni) a glass of water after straining it take twice a day after meal. This natural remedy really works in treating stomach ache.

11. Fennel, Carom seeds, Black Salt

Make fine powder of 25 gram Fennel, 25 gram Carom seeds (Ajwain) and Black Salt. Consuming this twice a day after each meal is most effective to relief from abdomen pain.

12. Cinnamon, Fennel, Cardamom

Boil 1 inch Cinnamon piece, 1 gram Fennel and 1 Black Cardamom in a glass of water for 5 minutes adds Sugar candy or Rock salt according to taste. A cup of this herbal tea greatly helps to stop a stomach ache.

13. Baking soda, Lemons juice, Sugar/Honey

Baking soda is also good for relieving a stomach ache. 25. Tamarind Leaves, Rock salt

Take 3 grams of fresh tamarind leaves and grind into make a thin paste. Now, mix 1 gram of Rock salt and have this mixture. This effective natural remedy will offer a relief from stomach pain quickly.

26. Lemon Juice, Black Salt, Warm Water

Lemon is the most easily available natural remedy for curing stomach ache. Mix 2 teaspoons of lemon or lime juice in 50 ml of warm water and add a little bit of black salt to taste. Take this mixture at least thrice a day and get a quick relief from chronic stomach ache.
