Flab refers to layers of skin which hang down or create rolls of excess skin. Flab can refer to fat on the human body which hangs down, or it may refer to sagging areas of skin that appear after dramatic weight loss. The terms flab and fat are often used interchangeably. Flab may appear on any area of the body. The stomach “lowers stomach fat, side stomach fat (Love handles), upper arms (Bat wings), the skin that rests between your chest and armpit (Armpit fat or Chest Fat) and the legs cause the most common problem areas for those trying to eliminate flab.
All fat is not created equal. Abdominal fat, particularly the visceral or "toxic" fat stored deep inside, is much more dangerous than the flab on your hips, butt, or thighs. 
Subcutaneous fat is right under your skin. It's commonly found in your hips, thighs, buttocks, and abdomen.
Muscle is the next layer down. More muscle means you burn calories faster, which helps with weight loss. And for the reason that it's denser and more compact than fat, muscle gives you a strong, lean appearance. So build it up!

Here are some of the flab burning home remedies which can be followed in order to cure the problem naturally.


1. Garlic, Milk

Take 4 or 5 peeled Organic Garlic (Lehsan) cloves and roast constantly to keep them from burning. Just pop them into your mouth to chew. Or, boil the Garlic cloves in a cup of milk and swallow the whole content. Consume this every morning on an empty stomach until you see the transformation in your body. It may even take a month or so. It is the most effective and natural way to cut down extra flab of entire body without any side effects.

2. Rose petals, Distilled water

Put 12-15 fresh rose petals in 4 cups of distilled water in a stainless steel pot. Make sure the petals are completely immersed in the water. Cover the pot with a lid and let the mixture simmer until the petals lose their color. It would take 15-20 minutes. Strain this liquid into a glass jar and refrigerate it for one week. Low in calorie and fat it is also great for weight loss and high cholesterol levels. If you are drinking their juices for weight loss, then you should not strain the juice as the weight loss properties are mainly because of its fiber content which gets filtered in the straining process this too will reduce the unwanted flab of your entire body.

I. Juice

To prepare a healthy juice, take 50 gm fresh Bottle gourd and 50 gm Apple gourd, and taste a slice of Bottle gourd to ensure it is not bitter. Then peel both vegetables and chop into small pieces and put them into the juicer blender along with ½ cup of water. Optionally you can also add a pinch of Salt and Black pepper or Honey to enhance the taste.

II. Broth

OR you can also make a broth simmer in 2-3 glasses of water both vegetables ½ an hour then add Salt to taste, ½ tsp Black pepper powder and ½ tsp roasted Cumin powders and again simmer for 10 minutes. 11. Dried ginger, Asafetida, Citraka, Cumin, Black salt, Black pepper

Take each of 50 gm old rice, cumin, dried ginger, long pepper, pepper corns, dry roast a little and make a fine powder then mix well asafetida, rock salt, Wild Leadwort (sheetraj hindi) and the wood of the long pepper plant. 21. Triphala, dried Ginger, Long pepper, Pepper corns, Rock salt, Sesame oil

Take each of 50 gm and dry roast a little Emblica goose berry (Amla), Chebulic Myrobalan (Hareer), Beleric Myrobalan (Bahera). Then mix each of 50 gm dried Ginger (Sonth) Long pepper (Pippali), Pepper corns and Rock salt powders. Take ½ teaspoon mixture along with 1 teaspoon Sesame oil twice a day continuously for 6 months. 22. Carom, Fennel, Common rue, Caraway, Cinnamon, Borax, Mint, Rose, Seedlac

Take each of 50 gm Carom seeds, Fennel, Common rue, Caraway seeds and each of 12 gm Cinnamon, roasted Borax, Mint, Rose, and 25 gm Seedlac make a fine powder to store.
