3 DAY DIET PLAN FOR NATURAL WEIGHT LOSS


As it is named, 3 day diet lasts no more than 3 days. In three days you should lose up to 10 pounds. After three days of dieting, you can eat your normal foods, but do not over do it. After four days of normal eating, you may start back on the 3 day diet again. You can lose up to 40 pounds in a month if this diet is followed precisely. It gives available meal menu for 3 days and the menu is shown to help burn fat fast. Stick to this eating plan for two weeks to start your weight loss. It's best to begin on a weekend, when you have more time to get everything ready. Plus, you won't feel so stressed or rushed, which means you'll be less likely to succumb to a mid-afternoon chocolate bar.

3 DAY DIET MEAL PLAN FOR NATURAL WEIGHT LOSS

Day 1

Breakfast: 1 whole wheat bread Slice of Toast, 2 Tablespoons of less sugar Peanut Butter, 1 cup caffeinated Plain, black Coffee or Tea, ½ Grapefruit
Mid-morning snack: 100g chicken with ½ red peppers, sliced
Lunch: ½ cup of Tuna, 1 Slice of Toast, 1 cup caffeinated Plain, black Coffee or Tea
Mid-afternoon snack: 100g turkey breast with ¼ cucumbers, sliced
Dinner: 3 ounces grilled chicken breast with steamed broccoli, 1 Cup of Green Beans, ½ Banana, 1 Small Apple, and 1 Cup of regular Vanilla Ice Cream

Day 2

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 Slice of Toast, 1 cup caffeinated Plain, black Coffee or Tea
Mid-morning snack: 100g turkey breast and ½ green pepper, sliced
Lunch: 1 Cup of Cottage Cheese (Or 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese), 1 Hard Boiled Egg, and 5 Saltine or plain Crackers
Mid-afternoon snack: 100g turkey slices with ¼ avocado
Dinner: 2 Hot Dogs, (Beef or Turkey franks, no buns), 1 Cup of Broccoli, 1/2 Cup of Carrots, 1/2 Banana, and 1/2 Cup of regular Vanilla Ice Cream

Day 3

Breakfast: 5 Saltine Crackers, 1 Slice of about two ounces Cheddar Cheese, and 1 Small Apple
Mid-morning snack: 100g chicken breast with ½ yellow pepper, sliced
Lunch: 100g smoked salmon, plus spinach
Mid-afternoon snack: 100g turkey breast with 75g steamed broccoli
Dinner: One salmon steak with chopped dill and steamed green beans, 1 cup of regular Vanilla Ice Cream
