5 FEET WHITENING TIPS

1-White Wax, Milk Cream, Almond oil

Melt 50 gram pure White Wax, 50 gram Milk Cream and 50 gram Almond oil in sauce pan let it stand to cool beat it finely and preserve in a container and massage your hands daily. This is one of the best natural creams for feet and it will remove ugliness and coarseness of your feet.

2-Wheat flour, Turmeric, White Sandal wood, Orange peels

Mix and store in a vessel 250 gram Wheat flour, 12 gram Turmeric powder, 12 gram White Sandal wood powder, 60 gram dried Orange peels powder. Take as required and make a paste by adding little milk or water and Mustard oil or Milk cream then rub on your feet and rinse off after 15 minutes with fresh water. A few days massage with this paste will bring natural fairness on your feet

3-Gram flour, Turmeric powder

Mix equal quantity of Gram flour (Besan) and Turmeric powder and make a paste by add some milk and Rose water Apply on the feet and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.

4-Coconut oil, Sesame seed oil

Mixture of Coconut oil and Sesame seed oil is the best natural remedy to whiten dark feet.

5-Ammonia, Bleaching powder

For dark feet mix equal quantity of Ammonia and Bleaching powder and apply to feet for ½ hour then rinse off fresh water  and apply a baby lotion.

1-Raw Goat Milk

Apply raw milk of goat before sleep next morning rinse off and apply branded cold cream.

2-Egg white

Massage Egg white on feet for 10 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.

3-Coconut oil or Almond oil

Massage lukewarm Coconut oil or Almond oil on your feet before sleep next morning rinse off with lukewarm water.

4-Honey, Lemon juice, Glycerin

Mix equal quantity of Honey, Lemon juice, Glycerin and massage it regularly for soft feet before going to bed.

5-Rose water

Soak your feet in lukewarm Rose water for 10 minutes before sleep.

1-Salt, Pepper Mint oil

Mix some Salt and few drops of Pepper Mint oil in lukewarm water and soak your feet 15 to 20 minutes and pat dry then apply branded cold cream.

2-Baking soda, Sea salt

Take ½ cup of Baking soda and ½ cup of Sea salt and dissolve it in hot water, as hot as you can stand. 3-Shampoo, Salt, Olive oil

Mix a Shampoo sachet, some Salt and ½ cup Olive oil into a quarter of lukewarm water and soak your feet 15 to 20 minutes and pat dry then apply an astringent.

1-Fuller‘s earth, Olive oil

If there are lines and wrinkles on feet then make a paste of Fuller‘s earth (Multani Mitti) and apply to feet let it dry and rinse off then massage Olive oil it helps in the removal of dark lines and patches from your feet do it regularly and see the difference after 2 weeks.

2-Epsom salt, Turpentine oil

If your ankles and shins are ugly and fat do it for 1 week continuously take a tub fill in half with lukewarm water mix ½ cup Epsom salt and ½ cup Turpentine oil and soak your feet 15 to 20 minutes and pat dry with coarse towel and massage your feet with baby lotion then wrap cloth around ankles and shins.

3-Turnip, Mustard oil, Salt

Boil a Turnip in a glass of water after straining mix in it 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Mustard oil and massage your feet with this solution and wrap a cloth around feet before sleep. It will cure swelled fingers and also kills foot and toenails fungus.

4-Honey, Sesame Oil

Mix 3 tablespoons Honey and 1 tablespoon Sesame (Till) oil make it lukewarm and apply to feet. It will cure dry and cracked skin of feet.

5-Vaseline, Lemon juice

Soak feet in a large bowl of warm water for ten minutes and pat dry then apply mixture of  ¼ cup Vaseline and 2 table spoons Lemon juice .It heals dry cracked skin of feet.

4 TIPS FOR ODOUR AND SWEATING

1-Baking Soda, Corn Starch

Dust the feet with Baking Soda or Corn Starch (Nashasta) before putting on socks or hosiery to prevent sweating.

2-Alum powder

Before wearing shoes apply Alum (Phitkri) powder on soles and put bloating paper sole inside shoes.

3-Baking Soda, White Vinegar

To control foot odor, periodically place feet in a solution of warm water mixed with 1/4 cup Baking Soda 3 Tablespoons White Vinegar.

4-Tea Water

Seep Teabags in boiling water for 15 minutes. Add in cold water and soak feet for 10 minutes. This is another remedy for smelly and sweaty feet.

3 TIPS FOR TANNED FEET

1-Coconut water, Aloe Vera gel

Massage your feet with mixture of Coconut water and Aloe Vera gel for 10-15 minutes before taking bath, if you have sun tan on your feet.

2-Egg white, Honey, Milk, Olive oil, Wheat flour

For severe sun damage, make a paste combining fresh egg whites with honey, milk, olive oil and wheat flour and apply directly to the damage skin.

3-Cucumber or Potato Paste

Blend a Cucumber or Potato in a blender and apply the paste to reddened skin.
