Directions

Take measuring tape and measure at belly button as well as your natural waist line.  Add organic sea salt to the hot water until it is dissolved and then bentonite clay stir with a non-metal spoon until clay creates a paste.  Add Vitamin E oil and Evening Primrose oil to the paste.
