1-Coriander seeds, Sugar candy

  • Put 3 tablespoons of coriander seeds powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar/rock candy powder (or unrefined sugar) in a nonmetallic pot (preferably an earthen pot) containing 3 cups of water. Leave it to soak overnight. 
  • Next morning stir the solution and drink 1 cup of the liquid on an empty stomach remaining 2 cups before lunch and dinner. Do it for a full week prior to the onset of your period.

2-Tamarind pulp, Plum/Prune

  • Soak 12 gram Tamarind pulp (Immli) and 5 dried Plum/Prune (/Aloocha/Alobukhara) in 250 ml water overnight or for 1 hour in hot water.

  • Mix 1 tsp roasted barley water in 1 cup of water. Add ½ teaspoon rock candy powder (or unrefined sugar).

1-White and Black Roasted Sesame seeds, Jaggery

  • Make a mixture of Jaggery (Gur), roasted White Sesame seeds (Till) and roasted Black Sesame seeds in equal quantities. 
  • Take 1 tbsp of this mixture along with a cupful of hot milk in the morning. Start 15 days prior to the expected date of menses.

2-Celery seeds, Black Sesame seeds, Jaggery

  • Mix well half pounded 25 gm roasted Carom or Celery seeds, 25 gm roasted Black Sesame seeds and 25 gm Jaggery. 
  • Taking ½ tsp before go to bed along with water will be quite beneficial as it has a heating effect on the body.

3-Nigella seeds oil, Honey

  • Make a fine powder of 25 gm Nigella seeds (Kalonji) then add 40 gm Honey in it and consume 1 tsp once in morning and once before going to bed along with a cup of hot Milk. 
  • Or Take one cup of warm water add 1 tsp Nigella seeds oil and 2 tsp honey one time in the morning before the breakfast and in the night after dinner.

4-Jaggery, Black Sesame seeds

  • Boil 10 gm Jaggery and 10 gm black sesame seeds powder for 5 minutes. 
  • Strain and consume this mixture lukewarm on an empty stomach.

5-Carrot seeds, Jaggery, Fresh Onion extract

  • Boil 12 gm Carrot seeds and 30 ml fresh Onion extract in 100 ml water for 5 minutes. 
  • Strain adds 12 gm Jaggery powder and drink lukewarm.

6-Carrot, Dill, Fenugreek and Radish seeds

  • Make a fine powder each of 25 gm Carrot seeds, Dill seeds, Fenugreek seeds and Radish seeds and save in a jar. Take ½ tsp along with lukewarm water twice a day. 
  • Or Boil each of 3 gm in 250 ml. of water reduces to half and strain. Take twice a day.

7-Cotton plants nuts, Old Jaggery

  • Grind the 20 gm Cotton plants nuts and boil in ½ litre water till water reduced to ¼ litre filter and add 20 gm Jaggery. 
  • Drink in the early morning daily; don’t eat anything for 1 hour after drinking this. Stop the usage when problem is solved. 
  • Or take 6 gm Cotton plants nut powder along with lukewarm water.

8-Dried Dates, Carom seeds, dried Ginger

  • Dry roast a little each of 100 gm Carom seeds, dried Ginger and deseeded dried dates then grind into powders. 
  • Take 1 teaspoon mixture along with 1 cup of hot milk twice a day.

9-Basil, Fenugreek, Carom seeds Decoctions

  • Having a glass of strong decoction made from Carom seeds or Basil Seeds or even fenugreek seeds is found to help in preponing your periods by few days. 
  • Boil 1 tsp anyone of above seeds in a glass of water until reduced by half and drinks. 

10-Bamboo leaves, Golden Shower tree bark, Jaggery

  • Boil each of 12 gm Bamboo leaves and Golden Shower tree bark and 25 gm Jaggery in 250 ml. of water reduces to half and strain. Drink on an empty stomach.

11-Mango tree bark juice, Honey

  • Mix 40 gm mango tree bark juice and 20 gm honey drink on an empty stomach in the early morning daily. Take one teaspoon of this preparation every hour.

12-Sensitive plant leaves, Sugar candy

  • Mix 25 gm sensitive plant leaves powder and 50 gm sugar candy powder. Take 1 teaspoon mixture along with water twice a day.

13-Ginger juice, Jaggery

  • Jaggery is a good home remedy for preponing periods as it has a heating effect on the body. 
  • Mix 2 tbsp of Jaggery in one glass of water. Add 1 tbsp of freshly prepared ginger juice to it.
  • Drink the prepared mixture early in the morning on empty stomach, for few days to prepone periods naturally.

14-Pomegranate Juice, Sugarcane juice

  • Stir 2 glass of pomegranate juice and 2 glass of sugarcane juice, this juice mixture should be consumed at least 2 to 3 times a day for 10 to 15 days prior to the expected date, this is very helpful to prepone your periods.

15-Pineapple juice

  • Papaya contains carotene which can help to stimulate estrogen and induce your period earlier. It also produces heat in the body and this too can help to start your cycle early. 
  • Eat one small papaya for at least 7 days regularly, if you want to induce your period earlier than its due date.
