Directions:

Each of these recipes makes 2 quarts /8 glasses. Mix all ingredients together in a large glass pitcher or jug. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate overnight to infuse the flavors. Strain water.  Drink all 8 glasses during the day specially one glass before every meal. If you're drinking this as part of a diet, follow the diet instructions.
