1-Rose water, Glycerin, Borax powder

Mix thoroughly Rose water 120 gram, Glycerin 100 gram, Borax powder 50 gram . Apply this Natural Vaseline 2 times a day it will not only cure your heels but also feet skin and fissures. Repeat for a few days till heels are soft and healed.

2-Coconut oil, Bee Wax, Camphoor

Heat on a low flame 200 ml Coconut oil and 20 gm Bee Wax let it cool now add 10 gm Camphoor and mix thoroughly an apply. This is an especially good treatment if you have really cracked and painful heels.

3-Glycerin, Lemon juice, Alum powder

Mix 4 teaspoons Glycerin, 1 Lemon juice, and 2 pinches Alum (Phitkri) powder and fill in cracked heels. This is an effective natural tip towards curing cracked heels.

13-Sodium Bicarbonate, Lukewarm water

Mix Sugar with some oil, (olive, coconut, jojoba oil, just any oil) and scrub your feet and heels with it. It is the sweetest cure for cracked heels.

15-Banana, Avocado, Green Coconut

Take a ripe Banana (Keala) which has almost turned black and you are about to throw in the dustbin and half an Avocado, or the flesh of half a Coconut (green coconut). Blend everything in a blender together. Apply this thick creamy mask over your heels and feet. As avocados and coconut are rich in several essential oils and vitamins and fats, this mask will help treat cracked heels and keep them soft and moisturized.

16-Rice flour, Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar

Take 2-3 table spoons of Rice flour and add a few spoons of Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar to make a thick paste. If your heels are extremely dry and cracked, add a spoon of Olive oil or sweet Almond oil. Gently scrub this paste to remove dead skin from your feet and heels this scrub that’s great for scrubbing your feet.

17-Oatmeal, Jojoba oil

Take 1 tablespoon Oatmeal (Jaie) and some Jojoba oil to make a thick paste. Apply this over your feet, especially well over the heels and any cracked parts for about half an hour and rinse off with cold water and pat dry. Do this every alternate day to remove all cracks.

18-Paraffin wax, Coconut oil

Melt a teaspoon of paraffin wax in a bowl along with an equal amount of mustard oil or Coconut oil . Apply the mixture on to the cracked heels and leave it on overnight. Rinse your feet with warm water next morning, before patting them dry. You can do this for about 2 weeks your heels will become smooth.

19-Lemon, Shampoo, Petroleum jelly Foot Mask

Squeeze the juice of a Lemon in a basin and add some warm water, 1-2 tsp shampoo and a teaspoon of Petroleum jelly. Let your feet soak in this soapy solution for about 15 to 20 minutes. Scrub off your dry skin from heel (which gets loose after soaking) with the help of pumice stone or foot file or scrubber. After  rinsing and drying your feet. Now Take 1tsp raw/undiluted glycerine, 1 tsp rose water and 1tsp lemon juice and after mixing, apply over your cracked heels. Since this will be a sticky mixture, you can wear a pair of socks and leave on overnight. Wash off in the morning. This exercise should be followed daily, for about 10 days to cure cracked heels.

20-Salt, Lemon, Rose water, Glycerin Foot Mask

Before bedtime, add raw salt, lemon juice, glycerin and rose water in warm water. Soak your cracked feet in this warm water for about 10-15 minutes. Use a wash cloth, pumice stone, or loofah and rub the skin gently to slough off dead skin. Now mix 1tsp Vaseline and the juice of a whole Lemon or a bit of White vinegar and rub this in nicely, till it gets absorbed in the skin. Put on socks and in the morning wash it off with warm water. you will see a difference in your feet.

21-Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils 

Apply any hydrogenated vegetable oil  to your feet after cleaning and drying, especially in the area of the cracks. After application, wear thick socks. Try doing this at night before bed and wearing your socks to bed. In the morning, wash off and repeat for 5-6 days to get smooth and healed feet.

22-Turmeric, Sesame, Coconut, Olive, Castor oil

Make a sticky mixture of Turmeric powder with one of these oils sesame, coconut, castor or olive and apply to the cracks about 15 minutes before bath. Repeat for a few days till heels are soft and healed.

23-Sea salt and Olive oil

Add some Sea salt and Olive oil in a bucket of lukewarm water. Soak your feet in it for 10 minutes. This will soften the cracks. Now take a stone pumice stone and rub the edges of your feet with it. It will very beneficial in Cracked heels treatment and it provides immediate relief.

24-Natural Moisturizer

To make a moisturizer for you feet, Combine 1 tbsp olive oil, a few drops of lemon oil or lavender oil in a small bottle and add an equal amount of water to create a moisturizing cracked-heel cream.
